Climate change is a global challenge that demands collective action at all levels of society. As we strive for a sustainable future, it is essential to empower communities and provide them with the necessary resources to make a positive impact in their own neighborhoods. We are thrilled to announce the second year of the Just Transition Participatory Budgeting Fund, a remarkable opportunity for communities to lead climate action projects that bring both social and environmental benefits to their local areas.
The fund will once again be delivered through a partnership of three Third Sector Interfaces for the North East: ACVO, Aberdeenshire Voluntary Action, and TSiMoray a Climate Action Network (NESCAN Hub) and a voluntary organisation (Money for Moray). Each area has £500,000 to make available to third sector groups.
